Dre nung nag start ako nyan nag search muna ako tru net eh mga starter program tinignan ko lang for my visual idea. Sumunud naghanap ako ng mga kakilalang nag weweights. From there nag tanong tanong ng kaunti. Dito kanya kanyang program ituturo sayo. kaya mahirap sa simula kasi aalamin mo yung mga exercise na gagamitin mo at kung saan ka komportable

Pero bago mo gawin yan itanung mo muna ito sa sarili mo

Like a Star @ heaven Experts say's na kailangan mag pa check up ka muna bago sumabak sa pag bubuhat.

Idea Kung nagbabalak ka mag take supplements? hindi ok kung ako tatanungin

ADDITION: meron 3 built ang katawan natin. nakalimutan ko na eksakto kung ano-ano yun eh. each built eh may mga mas ok na repetions program!


study Regarding sa supplement pala. hindi sya ok sa mga begginer stay put ka muna sa mga gagawin mong program. (oldo mas mabilis ang result pag may ganyan) eh ang kaso dyan ka mag rerely hindi sa mismong programs mo.

ewan ko lang kung merong nakakatagal talaga sa pag gygym, ako kasi pag nag buff na yung body ko nag iistart na akong mawalan ng gana.. saka careful po sa nasa net or youtube, kasi pag hindi mo na execute ng tama possible na mapahamak ka. lalo na about sa spine mo. Very Happy

tama ka bro, masarap kumain! pag nag gygym ka lumalaki yung food intake mo, pag tumigil ka ganun padin kaya ingat lang sa gusto mag gym. Very Happy
ako kasi tumaba ng konti when I stop working out at hindi ko na macontrol yung food intake ko.. Very Happy

Lets start with d basics:

warm up impt. un bgo mgbuhat para magising at ma stretch ang muscle.

5lbs. hnd porke malakas k mguumpisa kna sa mabigat kya b patient aabot k din sa tym na hnd m na sla kya iangat.

wg pwersahin ang sarili kung bago plng hnd palakasan or paliksahan i2.

always drink water or energy drink para mapalitan ang nadrain sa inyo.

ang pgbu2hat ay hnd araw araw mas maganda kung medyo napa2hinga ang muscle every other day hanggang maging twice or trice a wik lng.

create or search ur own program. every program i-sched m. ex. chest - monday, legs - wed, arms - friday or split m ang program ng biceps n triceps ng mgkaibang araw. bakit? para hnd bumilog ang braso m at mgkaroon ng cuts.

drink soya maganda din un. take high protein fuds.

hnd aq expert pero dati me ngbu2hat 4 2yrs wen i was in college n i stop dhl sa ka2inom ayun napalitan n fats n nwla ang muscle q. ang kagandahan lng 2-3x na buhat bumabalik agad kz sbi nga natu2log lng Smile pwera ung sa tyan hrap ibalik hahahaha

kung kaya mo naman suportahan sarili mo maging vegetarian ka. do exercise na hindi built muscle ang result.

meron naman mga nag tatagal sa gym. madami din! kaya nangyari dun na naka focus buhay nila sa pag hahanap ng mauuto at bobolahing mga beginer! haha. nakakatawa nga pag pasok mo lahat mga naglalakihan yung katawan. In 10mins may aaproach sayong (censored) na tuturuan,sasabihan ka ng mga program eh. nasisira araw ko sa mga ganyang klase ng bwakanangina ban

Hindi talaga ok mag supplement. pwera nalang kung may supply ka nito na good for 5years! haha king

Relax ka lang sa pag bubuhat dre 4 to 6 weeks may result na yan. Baka ma over katawan mo.
Hindi yan instant noodles na pag kumulo may makakain kana Like a Star @ heaven

mas maganda sir kung maghanap kayo ng pinaka malapit na gym sainyo tas dun na kayo magpaturo sa instructor. pag nagbubuhat ka nga lang bawal magpuyat tas damihan mo lang proteins mo.
